This weekend, Wylde Chylde Records is thrilled to announce that Meesha will make her debut on The AI Music Video Show with her brand-new video, Where Do I Belong.
For Meesha, this project is deeply personal. The video offers a lightning look at her own journey growing up. She struggled to fit in at school, searched for identity, and eventually found her place through music. Piano and guitar became her outlets early on, giving her the confidence to perform and be acknowledged for her talent. High school choir unlocked something even greater. That’s when she discovered her voice, and realized music wasn’t just an escape… it was her path.
But the video isn’t just about her. The inspiration behind Where Do I Belong was to show that young girls aren’t alone in feeling out of place sometimes. Everyone has moments of doubt and isolation. The key is finding an anchor, something that grounds you and gives you confidence. For Meesha, that anchor was music.
“Music gave me belonging when I didn’t feel like I had it anywhere else,” Meesha says. “That’s what this song is about. It’s me asking that question so many of us ask: where do I fit, and how do I make peace with that?”
Where Do I Belong follows her earlier videos, Never Lose Hope, and Dancing With Ghosts, which both debuted this spring and first introduced fans to her unique indie-pop sound with touches of Jewish folk influence. With this new music video, Meesha goes deeper. She’s not just showcasing her artistry… she’s opening a window into the struggles that shaped her.
